One button. One press.
A help button by the bed or in the bathroom. A chime at home tells Mak that help is being called.
Atria home safety
One press of the help button, and the family knows. On WhatsApp at once, then a phone call that rings through silent mode, until someone says "I'm going".
How it works
A message is easy to sleep through. So Atria keeps going, one family member after another, until someone answers.
Every family contact gets the alert, with an "I'm going" button.
No reply yet? Atria phones the first contact and reads the alert.
Then the next person on the list.
Every contact is called at once.
The first person to tap I'm going, or press 1 on the call, stops the alert for everyone, and the rest of the family is told who is on the way.
Built for one job
A help button by the bed or in the bathroom. A chime at home tells Mak that help is being called.
We set up each family phone so Atria's calls get through Do Not Disturb, then test every one before we leave.
No group-chat confusion. Everyone knows who is going, and the calls stop.
We fit the hub and buttons, add each family contact, and run a test call to every phone.
Alerts arrive on WhatsApp and as an ordinary phone call. Nothing new to learn.
Atria messages family members who agreed to be a contact for the home: alerts, weekly tests and service notices. Never marketing.
Atria makes sure the family knows. In an emergency, always call 999.
